Getting involved in youth theatre has never been easier, with a range of groups located throughout Scotland. Based in Fife, Kinetic Youth Theatre collaborates with young people of all ages to produce exceptional, innovative contemporary performances – and Play.Stop.Rewind is an excellent example.
Our dedicated and experienced artistic team provide a positive environment that engages young people and develops their capacity to become independent creative thinkers, allowing them to produce exciting, important work that is relevant to themselves and their peers.
In the past fifteen years we have we have produced over sixty five productions giving our young people the opportunity to perform and collaborate with esteemed national agencies including Promote YT, The National Theatre of Scotland, The Aberdeen International Youth Arts Festival, The Royal National Theatre, Red Kite Animation, The Puppet Lab and many Fife based organisations including Creative Links, ATT Fife, Carnegie and Adam Smith Colleges.
This year, Play.Stop.Rewind. will feature at the National Festival of Youth Theatre and the International Youth Arts Festival in London and has the capacity to play at more venues for the rest of 2010.
